Our clients include international manufacturers and service providers in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, medical device, commercial banking, and sovereign economic development sectors. We have successfully implemented FDA-compliant quality control systems for the manufacture of class 1 and class 2 medical devices, managed FDA 510K medical device applications, implemented R&D for in-vivo drug platforms, and established reliable supply chains supporting wholesale and retail networks.

Adam A. Blanco
Mr. Blanco is a seasoned international banker and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Eurasia, Europe, and Latin America. He has held senior executive roles at Visa International, Dresdner Bank AG, Banco do Brasil, S.A., and consulting firms contracted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He has also launched startups and successfully exited them, while advising businesses on international strategy, medical device regulatory compliance, manufacturing supply chains, capital raising, and private placements. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University (concentration in capital markets and finance) and an MBA from IESE Business School – Universidad de Navarra (Barcelona, Spain). Mr. Blanco is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.

Pan Hongjie
Mr. Hongjie is an international trade specialist providing supply chain solutions to multi-national companies. He performs vendor qualification, product quality reviews, cargo logistics, and materials sourcing. Mr. Hongjie has held positions with the Guangdong Commission of Foreign Economic Relations & Trade, Fujian Normal University, and, as an entrepreneur, assisted many companies in establishing trade relations in China. He holds a Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages (English) from Xiamen University and a Master’s in Applied Linguistics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
